Paul Salvini is Global Chief Technology Officer at DNEG, a leading film visual effects and animation studio with over 8000 artists around the world. He leads a team of 400 technical and creative staff who seek novel solutions to complex production problems.

Paul has over 25 years of success in inspiring teams and growing highly profitable, innovative companies. He is the former CEO of the Waterloo Accelerator Centre, helping entrepreneurs and startups to build successful technology-based businesses.

Paul holds a BMath in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo, MASc and PhD degrees in engineering from the University of Toronto, and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.
